I highly recommend working with Avil for your home buying needs. My cousin's family worked with Avil in the past to buy and sell their property and had a great experience so they connected him with us. We had an initial phone call with Avil and found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very frank and told us that, if at any point in the process we felt uncomfortable working with him (for whatever reason), he would not be offended if we decided to work with another agent. He made it very clear that he understood the importance of working with a buyer agent that you whole-heartedly trust during the home buying process. There are many outstanding qualities Avil has that made our home buying process a smooth one. He is extremely tenacious and constantly followed up with our loan officer, the seller agent, and the title company to make sure any hiccups caused by COVID-19 were properly addressed. He followed up with us frequently and kept us informed. We appreciated that our home showing visits were extremely efficient - he would check out all the crucial parts of the house first (foundation, load bearing walls, roofing, etc) before focusing on the more superficial parts. In fact, we were able to visit an average of 4-5 homes per weekend day and never felt rushed in any point of the process. He's very patient and always had the time to answer our endless questions no matter how basic they were. He would ask us insightful questions to get us thinking through what we did/did not consider a dealbreaker. He was always willing to jump on a call to talk strategy and explain his thought process. We only made one offer during this entire process and, thanks to Avil, it was accepted. After we bought our house, he checked in on us a few times to see if we had any questions and make sure we had no issues settling in. We are extraordinarily grateful that Avil made the entire home buying process (during a pandemic too!) as smooth for us as he did.

Where do I start, we just had our daughter and on top of that trying to sell our home. We met with many agents that came to the house and tried to find out that would be the best match. Three agents later we meet Avil, he comes in with a smile very professional and presents comps and very helpful worksheets so we can understand the market. Ding ding! For us who have no idea what it entails to sell a home we were already impressed. Avil was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful even though we asked numerous questions. He provided great advice, whether it was about particular neighborhoods; costs of repairs; or how to work with the lenders, he always offered his advice in a very objective and helpful manner.
